Designed and manufactured in-house at Quaife's Sevenoaks, Kent facility, the QKE10J 6-speed sequential gearkit retains the original bellhousing side of the FK2/FK8 gearbox, with a Quaife manufactured alloy transmission casing, which retains the original mounting points and driveshafts, and incorporates Quaife's state-of-the-art sequential gear change mechanism that means it is impossible to mis-shift with ultra-fast shifting.
The design includes additional bearing supports between the 4th and 5th gear to strengthen the shaft making a more efficient and robust gearbox better suited to racing and rally use. Alongside the standard straight gear cut, a helical option is available for road and track day use.
Fitment of the Quaife QKE10J is a must for those wanting to turn the FK2/FK8 into a true performance heavyweight.

The Dream Automotive Replacement CAT pipe for the Civic FK8 is made from lightweight T304 stainless steel for longer life and to give the owner a higher flow rate with reduced back pressure to release the engine's full capabilities.
The de-cat pipe incorporates a tangential bend turbo outlet ensuring a perfect transition through its 3.5" bend tapered down to a 3" exhaust outlet. Hand-made to the highest UK Motorsport standards, TIG welded, using water cut machined flanges we can promise an OEM fitment.
Heat management
We have two types of heat management that are available for you to choose from:
Hard Lagging is when the insulation material is directly attached to the downpipe.
The process involves the insulation material wrapped directly around the pipe. A metallic skin is then micro spot welded directly to the pipe to secure and seal the insulation material in place. The metallic skin also acts as part of the thermal barrier by providing additional heat resistance. hard lagging can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C

Zircotec ceramic coating offers a 30% heat reduction, in comparison to a non-coated item. It is in effect “welded” to the substrate using our proprietary metal bond system; eliminating the need for exhaust wrap; protecting components against corrosion, and continuing to perform and look good. Zircotec coating can withstand temps of up to 900°C

This powerful combination also allows advanced control algorithms but yet easy to map for the end user still using our SCal software and S6 Firmware.
The Third Processor present is available for in the future users to write their own code in C for Full Vehicle Integration via Canbus and Build some custom strategies to handle some of the unique requirements which are now found in OEM Applications. Type R Kit FAQ and Help
Q) Can I install a different in-tank pump?
A) Yes, the FK2 has a basic relay on and off control for the in-tank fuel pump and can be replace for a bigger one if needed
Q) How do I change calibrations from inside the car?
A) You can have up to 12 calibration option which are controlled via the Up and Down button of the cruise control on the steering wheel You will see which calibration you have selected with the tacho going to 2000rpm for position 2, 3000rpm for position 3 etc…
Q) How do you activate rolling antilag?
A) By pressing the Lim button on the steering wheel
Q) Can we use the OBD port still to log, read codes and clear them on other ECUs on the car like ABS?
A) Yes
Q) I have heard of the Autoblip, what is it and how does it work?
A) The Autoblip is used to replicate a heel and toe action without having to do it yourself. In certain conditions, the throttle body will open itself while pressing the clutch to allow rpm match on downshift. We are receiving the brake pressure and signal from a clutch switch and depending on the conditions you may have the blip of the throttle or not and you can have more or less blip too if you are in R-mode or normal mode. The Autoblip is fully customizable depending on your driving style and preferences
Q) Does the Syvecs ECU offer flatshift? A) Yes, Flatshift is enabled based on TPS position, RPM and clutch switch, when all the conditions are met, you will have a fuel and/or ignition cut to stop the engine to rev itself even if you’re still on full throttle.
Q) Does the OEM Traction control still works? A) No, the OEM Traction control is completely disabled and the Syvecs Traction Control takes over it. You can still disable the traction control completely if you wish to by using the OEM Traction control switch, the light will come onon the dashboard to let you know the traction control is now disabled completely. The traction control light will also flash when the traction control is active on the Syvecs to let you know wheelspin is occurring.
Q) Does the cruise control still works? A) Yes the cruise control still works but differently to the OEM ECU You will need to hold the speed at which you want the cruise control to be and then press Main on the steering wheel. The Syvecs will then hold the speed at which you pressed the button at and hold it there, bear in mind the vehicle speed needs to be stable when you press or it won’t register it. You won’t be able to increase or decrease that speed with + and – switches as they are now used to change calibrations.
Q) Does the Syvecs have launch control A) Yes, as you probably notice, the OEM Launch isn’t the best, so Syvecs takes over to offer you a much better strategy The launch is fully customizable (Boost, RPM etc…) and can be activated by pressing the Autostart button. When the light is on on the Autostart switch, the launch is activated, otherwise the launch is off.
Q) Everything sounds very good but what do I lose by removing the OEM ECU? A) We have worked very hard to integrate as much of the OEM function as we could. The only things that does not work with the Syvecs ECU are the hill-start assist and the possibility to increase and decrease speed of the cruise control as we are using Up and Down to change the calibration. You will also lose the engine oil temperature on the dash but the engine does not have an oil temperature sensor and it only shows an estimation of the oil temperature.

FAQ
Q. Will this work on more than one vehicle? A. The FlashPro is locked to one vehicle and will only work with a jailbroken ECU.
Q. So does that mean one Hondata FlashPro can only work with one ECU or car only. A. One ECU and vehicle at a time. You can unlock the FlashPro by returning the ECU to stock, and then transfer to another vehicle as long as that vehicle's ECU has been jailbroken.
Q. If the ECU had been reflashed by another maker, will FlashPro still work? A. Probably, but since we do not know what changes have been made by other parties we cannot say for sure.

OPTION 1: The first option is for Eventuri intake system owners who have the updated V2 MAF tube and this option comes with:

The V2 MAF tube does not reduce in diameter after the MAF sensor and therefore matches the diameter of the new carbon turbo tube - this will give the greatest performance benefit. The V1 MAF tube reduces in diameter after the MAF sensor and so does not match the new carbon turbo tube.
Owners who have the older V1 MAF tube will need to buy option 2 otherwise the turbo tube will NOT fit.
The difference between the V1 and V2 MAF tube is attached in the photos. It is very easy to see. The V2 MAF tube was included with all FK8 intakes after June 2019.
For the FK2 - all customers must have the FK2 V2 intake with the carbon MAF tube. This will not fit the OEM rubber intake pipe.

The Quaife ATB Helical LSD for the new Honda Civic Type R FK2/FK8 is a direct replacement for the standard Honda differential. The Quaife ATB differential transforms your car's performance.
Unlike a conventional plate-style limited slip differential, the Quaife ATB differential relies on gears rather than clutch plates for its operation. That means it is much smoother in operation.
The Quaife ATB differential never locks harshly with a set pre-load of wheel slip across the driven axle, like a conventional LSD. Rather, it automatically biases the torque away from the spinning wheel across the axle, to a constantly varying degree, and never locks.
The Quaife ATB differential is proven in circuit and drag racing, rallying and road use, and is produced from Corus steel billets, and is CAD designed and CNC machined, then inspected to ISO 9001 standards.

DESCRIPTION
Xtreme Clutch, the performance and racing division of Australian Clutch Services, has recently launched a new range of performance clutch kits to suit the Honda Civic Type R. These new kits have been designed specifically to provide improved throttle response and increased torque capacity.
Each of the kits utilises an alloy cover which reduces the mass of the clutch and flywheel package. Combine this with a flywheel made from 4140 chromoly, and the clutch kits offer improved throttle response due to the weight saving whilst retaining enough mass for ease of driveability on the street. Several kits are available for the vehicle depending on the performance goals and application of the vehicle. “We have developed a wide range of kits for the Civic Type R including a 240mm single disc kit in organic, ceramic and carbon, as well as a 230mm twin disc kit in organic, ceramic and carbon.” Explains Xtreme Clutch Mechanical Engineer, Stewart Furze, “These kits have been designed as a solution for various vehicle usages as well as the horsepower and torque goals.” The single disc kits are expected to be the highest selling option with the road going organic kit designed to handle 600Nm of engine torque, making it ideal for those who have made performance upgrades but still need to use the vehicle every day.
The ceramic kits are more suited to racing applications where the heat capacity of the ceramic friction material is required. The ceramic disc also takes the torque capacity up to 900Nm of engine torque and is designed for those who have made serious modifications to the vehicle and are using it predominantly on the track. The 230mm twin disc kits are designed specifically for exceptionally high horsepower vehicles that have major engine modifications. “Our 230mm twin disc range was designed with one thing in mind, to provide a clutch solution for those who are building exceptionally high horsepower vehicles but still require a variety of friction material options for road or track use.” Says Mr Furze, “Our twin disc organic kit is still a street clutch, but with two discs now providing the drive, it can handle up to 1190Nm of engine torque and still be driven on the street every day.” Again, the ceramic version of this kit is predominantly for track use but offers a 1810Nm torque capacity. “The kit’s lightweight construction along with the major increases in torque capacity make these kits the ideal upgrade for those looking to gain more performance out of their car or for those looking for a tougher clutch to handle the increases in torque.” Explains Mr Furze, “We also provide everything required with the kit including a pilot bearing, bolts, thrust bearing and alignment tool for ease of fitment.”

DESCRIPTION
Saenz 4340 forged connecting rods & ARP bolt set designed to perfectly complement the Honda K20C1 turbocharged engine. Saenz connecting rods are forged, machined with the latest in CNC technology and submitted to exhaustive quality control procedures during the production process.
What differentiates Saenz from the rest, is the fact that they can manufacture the exact design to suit the engine. In other words, it is like a made-to-measure suit!
Since the early '70's Saenz has manufactured connecting rods that have won more than one hundred championships worldwide including two World Rally and one Formula 1 Boat... With more than 50 years of experience and 30 in motorsports.
Saenz connecting rods are forged and heat treated. Polishing, shot peening and roto (REM) finishing are then used to eliminate any machining marks as well as to compact the surface of the rods. The connecting rods are then balanced to within +/- 1g
Connecting rod bushes are made from C630 bronze-aluminium alloy. The bush seats are bored, honed and polished before the bush is fitted with interference. This means that bush OD is typically, 003” to 006” bigger than the rod hole. Once installed, the bushes are rolled burnished to push the bronze towards the seat surface and also to increase bronze hardness. The bush is then bored to pin size taking the big end bore as a reference. Maximum allowed misalignment in 4” length is .0004”. Pin clearance is then given by honing.

The Ferrea Roller Rocker kit will eliminate the VTEC function on your exhaust cam, and replace the OEM intake rocker with the Ferrea rocker arm. DESCRIPTION
The Hondata FK8 Civic Type R fuel system upgrade consists of hardware and software components designed to deliver 24% more fuel flow over the stock fuel system. This system enables the Civic Type R to take the next logical step for a reliable, well-engineered and thoroughly tested power increase.
The Hondata fuel system has been tested on multiple vehicles for over a year and thousands of daily driven miles. Multiple calibrations are included starting with an increase of 90 lb-ft torque and 57 hp over stock with intercooler and high flow cat. On a vehicle with a turbo upgrade we have tested to well over 500hp.

Q. What calibrations will FlashPro Manager come with? A. All existing calibrations support the new fuel system. There are a number of starting calibrations tuned for an intercooler and downpipe.
Q. Was this testing done with built engines? A. No. All test vehicles had stock blocks and heads.

HKS Super SQV (Sequential Blow Off Valve) uses a unique sequential valve structure and a differential pressure control system, which allows for a broad operating range from low boost to high boost. Its Pull-Type relief design ensures stable operation regardless of the amount of boost pressure. This Super SQV maximises the charge-response that repeats pressure-charging and pressurised air relief by throttle on and off and supports new generations of turbocharged vehicles.
Factory recirculation valve sound cannot be noticed, but once HKS Super SQV IV is installed, its unique & sharp high-frequency sound demonstrates its existence. Super SQV IV significantly increases its presence and improve the engine compartment appearance. To match with the appearance created by HKS Intercooler Piping Kit, the buff-polished casting pipe is included. By both the sound and appearance, Super SQV IV increases the fun to drive.

3.Triple Fin design produces “Super Sound”
Triple Fins set at the centre of the funnel produces a dynamic and aggressive sound. An optional special Round Fin can be purchased separately for sound tuning.
1.Pull-Type Relief Valve Operation
The Pull-Type valve operation offers more precise relief of excess boost and is compatible for a wider range of boost pressure compared to typical push-type blow off valves.
2.Primary Valve (Small)
Lift off the throttle, and the primary valve instantly opens, quickly discharging initial excess boost pressure.
3.Secondary Valve (Large)
This valve combined with the Primary Valve from the sequential dual valve structure. Optimal blow-off operation from how to high boost ranges without leaking.
Dual Valve Structure, Sequential System
At low boost ranges the Primary Valve opens, and at high boost ranges the Secondary Valve also opens, resulting in linear response and optimal blow-off operation at all boost levels.
Accelerator ON Valves Closed
As pressure rises in chamber C, pressure is applied to both the Primary and Secondary valves. The higher the boost pressure, the more pressure is applied to the valves, preventing leaks.
Accelerator OFF Primary Valve Opens
Throttle lift creates a pressure difference between chambers A & B, opening the primary valve bypassing the secondary valve. this creates the initial discharge.
Accelerator OFF Secondary Valve Opens
When pressure difference in chambers A & B reaches a maximum, the Primary Valve pulls the Secondary Valve open, creating a secondary discharge.
Pull-Type blow off valves will work for any turbocharged vehicle, from stock to highly tuned.
Typical push-type blow off valves require spring load settings for each vehicle specification. If the spring load setting is too low, the valve may leak under high boost and the desired boost setting may not be reached. If the spring load setting is too strong, it may not open at low boost. The Super SQV will operate under any boost pressure setting without leaking.
