Next-generation internal pressure control that unleashes the potential of the K20C. “T-REV BP” exclusively for FL5.
"Dense decompression" brought about by the newly designed bypass system
Precise pressure control that exceeds the limits of conventional models. By introducing a newly designed "bypass system", J's Racing have achieved a unique pressure reduction setting that developed for the K20C engine. Optimally reduce pumping loss (rotation resistance) inside the crankcase We thoroughly pursued sharp ups from the low rotation range and linear accelerator response.
Not only does it improve response, but it also suppresses the feeling of jerks during acceleration and deceleration, making it easier to synchronize engine rotation during shifting. Supports surprisingly light and direct shift feel. A completely bolt-on design exclusively for FL5 Type R.
What is a T-REV system?
T-REV is a system that utilizes the pulsation of blow-by gas called natural decompression.
This system simply reduces the pressure inside the engine and reduces the pressure inside the crankcase, making the movement of the piston and crankshaft smoother, which has a depressurizing effect.
- Dramatically reduces resistance due to pressure inside the engine
- Improving accelerator response
- Improving engine feel during acceleration
- CO2 reduction by reducing the amount of accelerator depression
*according to J's Racing's data
The latest top-performing racing machines also use this principle, making engine response smoother and significantly reducing the sloppiness of each operation.
