WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Via our website we accept credit and debit cards as well as offering PayPal Credit and Klarna!
At our workshop we also accept credit and debit cards. Payment via contactless (including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc...) is also available. We also accept cash.

DO YOU OFFER FITTING?
Yes - Dream Automotive isn't just a webshop offering a huge catalogue of high end parts - we also offer parts fitting, servicing and much more in our workshop located in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom!
HOW MUCH IS FITTING?
We are charge £90 per hour (including VAT). For a full quote, please email our team at sales@dream-automotive.com
DO YOU OFFER A COURTESY CAR?
No - we do not offer a courtesy car however we are local to Leagrave Train Station, part of the Thameslink line, with good transport connections into London. Our team are happy to arrange pick up/drop off from the station, please request in advance!
IS THERE A WAITING AREA?
Yes - we have a waiting area where you can kick back and comfortably wait for work on your vehicle to be complete. A window gives you insight into the work involved in upgrading or repairing your vehicle.
If you start to get a bit peckish there is a parade of shops only a 10 minutes walk away with a Tesco Express, Cafe, Greggs, Subway and more.
CAN I LEAVE MY CAR WITH YOU?
Yes - in some cases it is necessary to leave your vehicle with us for an extended period of time for example if your vehicle is in for a large number of upgrades or a significant amount of work.
Your vehicle will be kept securely overnight in our workshop which is within a secure and gated estate meaning your pride and joy is safe and sound.

CAN YOU FIT PARTS NOT PURCHASED FROM DREAM?
Yes - in most cases we are happy to fit parts sourced elsewhere as long as we know in advance.
If you would like us to fit parts to your vehicle that you have sourced from somewhere else, please make us aware beforehand! The fitting of unfamiliar parts may increase fitting time and costs.
Shipping
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we are able to ship internationally! Our website automatically calculates shipping costs at checkout. The shipping cost provided does not include national import taxes or duties.
DO IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES APPLY?
Yes - international orders are subject to import duties and tax. The amount you are charged will depend on where you are located and the contents of your shipment.
If you are unsure on duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your national customs office to find out more.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive tracking information via email - contacting your courier is the best course of action to get further information regarding the location of your shipment and it's estimated delivery date.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary depending on where you are located. Orders placed within Mainland UK are typically arrive next day (from date of dispatch). International orders typically arrive within approximately 5-10 working days (from date of dispatch).
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Please note that international orders will need to pass through your nations customs office prior to delivery, which can occasionally cause unexpected delays.
