Dream Weekly Refresh: Sunday 30th June '24
Somehow we're already at the end of June, blowing right past this years half way point! The weather here in the UK has finally realised what time of year it is which has meant plenty of owners are looking to get in some track time, making it an incredibly busy time in our workshop!
Let's kick off this weeks refresh with an a recap on what we had in the workshop!

Eventuri V3 Turbo Tube Fitting!
If you're a UK based Type R owner, there is a high chance you recognise Adam's beautiful sonic grey pearl FK8. This vehicle is immaculate inside and out with no detail going un-perfected... even the aircon piping has been hand-polished to a mirror finish!
Adam joined us in the workshop this week to swap out his previous generation Eventuri turbo tube for the latest V3 tube! It looks right at home in the engine bay next to the countless other carbon fibre parts, the larger diameter piping looks noticeably more aggressive than the previous pipe and the red 'V' badge adding a touch of red, complimentary of Adam's other engine bay components.

Back To Street Spec!
About a month ago we fitted this FK8 Type R with a Paragon Front Big Brake Kit, complete with Paragon's own R7 Track/Competition brake pads - fast forward 1 month and 2 trackdays later and this FK8 is back for another set of pads, this time the owner has chosen to go back down to a fast road pad as they have no further track days planned. We also swapped out their dedicated track wheels, a set of Titan7 T-R10's wrapped in the sticky Toyo R888R, back to their road wheels, a set of beautiful Rays Volk Racing CE28 Club Racer II Black Editions wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S'.

RS-R Lowering Springs - FL5 Type R
The RS-R Down Lowering Springs provides a mild drop and improved handling for drivers who are looking to lessen the fender to wheel gap. Taking into consideration the factory suspension geometry, shock dampening, spring rate and ride height levels, RS-R ensures that the springs you are getting were made for your car both for performance and for comfort. These springs provide a 25mm drop on the front and rear.
These springs are also available for the Honda Civic FK8 Type R and Toyota GR Yaris in a 'down' and 'super-down' variant (the latter offering a further reduction in ride height). Seen below is the FL5 'down' variant.
