After many months of extensive research, we are pleased to offer our Dream 3" Valved exhaust system.

Our system has been developed with a few goals in mind a Unique design, distinctive sound and strong performance. We have set out to develop an exhaust system based around a decated car. Most owners will be aware the larger gain in power would be from replacing the downpipe installed onto the K20C1 engine found in the FK8 Civic Type R.

With Trackday noise limits in place across the UK we have certain limits we need to obtain.

With the want for utilising an aftermarket downpipe during trackday conditions this would be the basis for our development to start from.

Utilising 3" 76mm Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel pipework used for the entire system, we have smoothed restriction points resulting in performance gains that can be dyno proven.

UK built, hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction, results in an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a gain in sound and performance.

We have incorporated the use of a valve on our system to allow for adjustments of the tone and volume, allowing for any further variations in Db. Interchangeable silencers will allow you to upgrade your system to the next level at any point. All systems will include the front pipe situated between downpipe and steering rack area. 

The system is offered with x2 tailpipe options of Brushed or Polished stainless steel.

Here we have our all-new FK8 Civic Type R intercooler kit, this is a direct fit kit with no need for drilling holes or cutting.

Designed to mount in the OE location, the Dream intercooler offers a higher level of performance in both flow and cooling capacity. In a beautifully engineered and affordable package, it features a hand-built core with high flow end tanks and bespoke CNC-finished inlet & outlet flanges.

We believe that using a tube and fin design, works more efficiently than a plate and bar setup. The core is 100mm deep using a single internal tube, We use an internal turbulated tube to allow better heat dissipation from the charge air temperatures.

FUN FACT: Our intercooler has also proudly helped us throughout the Time Attack season in 2019 and also win the Championship!

All cores will come powder-coated black with the option of a painted Dream logo in several colours.

The Dream Automotive Replacement CAT pipe for the Civic FK2 is made from lightweight T304 stainless steel for longer life and to give the owner a higher flow rate with reduced back pressure to release the engine's full capabilities. 

The de-cat pipe incorporates a tangential bend turbo outlet ensuring a perfect transition through its 3.5" bend tapered down to a 3" exhaust outlet. Hand-made to the highest UK Motorsport standards, TIG welded, using water cut machined flanges we can promise an OEM fitment.

Heat management

We can offer two types of heat management,

Zircotec ceramic coating offers 30% heat reduction, It is in effect “welded” to the substrate using our proprietary metal bond system; eliminating the need for exhaust wrap; protecting components against corrosion, and continuing to perform and look good. Zircotec coating can withstand temps of up to 900°C

Lead time: pipe lead time 6 weeks + 10 working days for coating/hardlag process.

All cores are powder-coated black with the option of painted logos.

Steering Wheel Re-Trimming

• Re-Trim - Send us your steering wheel and we will re-trim it. We aim to return your wheel within 15 working days.

There is no Outright Purchase or Advance Exchange option available for the FK2.

The customer is responsible for return postage and we recommend the use of a tracked and insured service.

Alcantara cleaning:

In order to preserve the beauty of Alcantara it is recommended that regular cleaning is carried out. 

Daily cleaning:

It is sufficient to dust Alcantara using a soft brush, a dry microfiber cloth, or a vacuum cleaner.

Weekly/Monthly cleaning:

After having dusted Alcantara, run a slightly moistened white cotton cloth over it 

(some Alcantara cleaners see below are recommended previous customers). 

Run it over the whole Alcantara material, making sure not to wet it excessively; 

Leave to dry (overnight). Once dried, in order to restore the material, brush it delicately with a soft bristle brush.

Avoid the use of printed absorbent cloths/papers as they can release ink onto the material.

Designed and made by suspension Experts at Eibach to our specifications, this uprated 4 spring kit will offer a performance-focused ride height lowering the car by 20mm.

The lower center of gravity will offer improved handling and responsiveness whilst also enhancing the naturally aggressive stance of your FK2.

Made from the same quality Hi-Tensile steel as used by Eibach for all their springs from aftermarket through to F1, the springs go through a number of stages after coiling – pre-stress, shot peening and then electrostatically powder coated for longevity, so you can be confident you are investing in a quality solution for your Type R.

G300 Drilled Discs undergo extensive testing and rigorous quality control and are made from premium quality castings before being machined to exacting standards. The wide aperture slots in the disc have been designed to pull cool air under the pad surface and help disc cooling. They also clear any dust, dirt and gases quickly from the braking area. The blind drilled dimples help break down surface gases, but do not promote cracking which has been shown to occur with some through-drilled discs. The result is a disc that not only improves performance but also maintains a flat and parallel pad surface throughout the lifetime of the brake pads.
