A next-generation intelligent cooling system that manages water temperature and oil temperature in a single, integrated unit.

Developed in collaboration with DAIWA RACING LAB, this system adopts a new approach
that differs from the conventional "radiator + air-cooled oil cooler" configuration,
incorporating a water-cooled oil cooler. This "DUAL COOL" system aims to save space in the engine bay and improve cooling efficiency.

"Water temperature linked" management that is less affected by airflow while driving.

Unlike air-cooled systems, this system employs a **water-cooled (built-in)** system that uses water temperature to control oil temperature.

• Winter : Designed to facilitate the transfer of water temperature heat to the oil, aiming to shorten warm-up time.
• Summer : By maintaining a stable water temperature, it is easier to suppress oil temperature rise, supporting the maintenance of optimal performance even under harsh conditions.

Efficient heat exchange using rectangular fins

Unlike conventional round fins that made contact with the tube at a single "point," this design employs rectangular (trapezoidal) fins
that increase the contact area .

• A structure that reduces heat transfer loss through surface contact.
• The louvers, designed at a specific angle, efficiently direct airflow for cooling.

Heat dissipation improved by the 0.05mm reduction in thickness.

The tube thickness has been reduced from the typical 0.3mm to 0.25mm. This slight difference reduces the distance between the coolant and the outside air, creating a structure that facilitates heat dissipation.

The weight reduction achieved through the integrated structure minimizes the weight increase in the front overhang, which is expected to have a positive impact on turning ability.

The J'S RACING FL5 demo car has been tested in mid-summer driving tests on international circuits to confirm its cooling performance is capable of withstanding attack lap times.

● Oil cooler side fitting size: AN10 (male) 7/8-14UNF (female)
● General-purpose oil filter sandwich block AN10 compatible oil-resistant hose
