Factory rubber hoses are replaced with aluminium pipes and silicone joint hoses, secured with reinforced hose bands. Aluminium hoses can be securely connected even under high pressure and resist expansion to improve the throttle response and smoothly increase the boost pressure. HKS original casting inlet pipe allows a smooth layout.
Upon enlarging the pipe diameter and smoothing out the inner design in comparison to OEM we are able to increase power output. The OEM hose is prone to expand under high boost, but aluminum pipe has completely solved the issue of pressure loss due to hose expansion. The aluminum pipe is given a mirror buff finish, and the cast pipe and core feature the HKS logo, which gives a fantastic dress-up look.
