Pre-Test Conditions and Warnings: - The customer must make sure the vehicle is in a fit state to dyno test: - fluid levels are topped up, including oil and water. The cooling system must be free from defects and functioning correctly, the exhaust must be gas-tight as we need to take samples from the tail pipe, and any leaks will dilute such readings.

Please ensure an adequate level of fuel of the type that would normally be used is in the vehicle, especially where the vehicle is booked in for mapping, as large quantities can be consumed.

For the purposes of accurate performance testing and best results, you must be satisfied that all relevant components are in sound condition, for example, spark plugs, injectors, turbochargers, ignition system should all be sound; otherwise, the results may not represent the true performance of the vehicle.

We have a duty of care to our staff under Health & Safety regulations to ensure we adequately remove harmful exhaust gases from the Dyno test area. We use a state-of-the-art gas extraction system where gas extraction tubes are placed in close proximity to your vehicle's exhaust tip/s. These areas can get extremely hot. Whilst all reasonable precautions, using our years of experience in vehicle testing, are made to avoid damage to any vehicle, getting particularly hot in this area can be particularly susceptible to similar heat damage as seen when cars 'flame out'. We cannot predict in advance what cars may be affected; we can only take precautions in every case. As such, no responsibility will be accepted should any such damage to paint or bodywork occur.

1. As the “Customer”, I hereby represent that I have read and completed the required procedures and checks mentioned above and that I have full authority to authorise the testing/tuning of this vehicle and to enter into this Waiver/Release.

2. I am aware that all tests are intended to be and will be at maximum performance and at wide-open throttle, thus applying stress similar to that which the vehicle would experience during operation on the road/track and is therefore susceptible to the same risks as on the road/track which may cause engine, powertrain and/or other stressed items to suffer failure or damage.

3. As the “Customer”, I know and accept the risk of running my vehicle on the dynamometer.

4. As the “Customer”, I hereby represent that I know the condition of the vehicle and I assure that it is in an acceptable condition to run on the Dynamometer. I have been advised that Dream Automotive does not know, nor assumes any such knowledge of the condition of the vehicle being tested/tuned, and I nevertheless agree to have my vehicle run on the Dynamometer. As the “Customer”, I represent that all parts of the vehicle are in good condition and are capable of full power and full throttle performance during any testing/tuning being performed.

5. Therefore, I hereby release Dream Automotive, Racecal & Dyno Dynamice from any liability of any nature for damage or other losses which may be sustained as a result of the testing/tuning on the Dyno Dynamics Dynamometer.
