MoCool is a coolant additive that will reduce the cooling system operating temperature by as much as 15 degrees C (30 degrees F).

This performance additive offers better heat transfer than normal coolants. The unique formula also contains rust and corrosion inhibitors.

Designed to be used with a Pure water at a dilution of 5% (20:1) for competition use where monoethyleneglycol is not allowed. The normal water/coolant mix at 5% of volume. It can be used with all aluminium, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze cooling systems.

MOTUL AUTO COOL EXPERT -37°C is a long life ready to use cooling liquid, based on monoethylene glycol, using hybrid organic / non organic mix additive technology, named Hybrid Tech. This product can be mixed with all monoethylene glycol based coolants. Recommended for all cooling systems: passenger cars, heavy duty, construction and agriculture vehicles, gardening, ships, stationary engines.

After the success of our direct fit MK3 Focus RS oil cooler kit we started looking at other cars that would benefit from the same treatment. With the GR Yaris being one of the hottest cars of the year we knew we had to get one in.

Again we knew that we wanted to create an easy to fit oil cooler kit, so we 3D scanned the engine bay to find the best solution. As a result, we manufactured a custom aluminium bracket to mount the oil cooler on the crash bar using the OEM mounting points. The cooler then sits in direct air flow behind the top grill, the perfect location for effective cooling.

We based the kit around the popular Swedish-manufactured Setrab Series 6 ProLine oil cooler. The 10 row option gives a great balance between minimising pressure loss while giving very effective cooling. We also decided to offer an optional upgrade of a 9 Series for the dedicated track car.

We've been using Setrab oil coolers for over 10 years without any issues and their performance is unrivalled. There are lots of cheaper imported options available, but none as reliable (there aren't many things worse than having a burst oil cooler!). In fact, we've had reports of front end collisions and the Setrab oil cooler was the only thing that still worked!

This comprehensive kit arrives with preassembled HEL braided hoses and anodised aluminium fittings. These AN10 high flow performance hoses deliver and return oil from the oil cooler to our own HEL Performance Billet thermostatic sandwich plate set at 92°C (197.6°F). We've found the 92°C option gives you the perfect balance between cooling when needed and letting the engine warm up safely. It's also dangerous for the oil to be too cold and the thermostat controls the temperature with precision.

Our 6 Series cooler kit has had extensive testing, with fast road use and track time, recently managing 10hot laps without any significant rise to oil temperature.

This direct-fit kit offers a safe and reliable cooling system for the GR Yaris. It comes complete with easy-to-understand instructions and our technical support team are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Following an extensive development process, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch its new oil cooler kit aimed at modified Yaris GR owners who struggle to maintain steady oil temperatures on track, or during fast road use.

Our kit has been designed in the UK after thorough research and huge experience in developing uprated oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars.

The challenge with this kit was to integrate a large capacity, external oil cooler mounted neatly behind the grille for direct airflow, whilst integrating seamlessly with the car’s existing fixtures and fittings with no drilling or cutting required.

As a result, we have developed a kit that is completely reversible if need be. The comprehensive package includes a tried and tested 13-row AIRTEC oil cooler, bespoke laser-cut and powdercoated AIRTEC brackets, high quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings, and all fixtures, including instructions, for a simple bolt-on installation.

Its cooling efficiency and easy fitment makes it an essential modification for all modified Yaris GR’s.

Factory recirculation valve sound cannot be noticed, but once HKS Super SQV IV is installed, its unique & sharp high frequency sound demonstrates its existence. The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimised in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is an excellent cooling property with minimal back-pressure. The newly developed performance core provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow by using a specially prepared air baffle. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring.

Inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60mm (Ø2,36inch). Therefore this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses as well as an aluminum boost and charge pipe.

AIRTEC Motorsport front mount intercooler upgrade for Yaris GR.

The Yaris GR is the new must-have hot-hatch and has already proven popular with enthusiasts eager to use their cars to their full potential. In order to ensure there is no noticeable loss in performance during extended periods of hard driving on the road or track, AIRTEC Motorsport has developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM item.

Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance is based upon our stepped-core design to make the most of the limited space available behind the bumper. The core steps from 110mm to 70mm and in doing so offer a huge 64% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler. It also offers a 30% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the very most of the air-flow provided.

The inlet side of the intercooler retains a 50mm diameter to ensure minimal turbo lag whilst the outlet side increases to 60mm to consistently match the throttle body diameter.

Together with our high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks and an internal air diverter to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume over standard.

Despite this improvement, the kit fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no trimming or cutting, and can be reverted back to standard with no issues. The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the correct fixtures and fittings, step-by-step instructions with pictures and Pro-Hoses silicone connectors.

The intercooler is available in a Pro-Series Black finish (with or without the AIRTEC logo) and gloss black Pro Hoses silicone connectors.

This is a direct plug-and-play exchange for the stock-mounted parts. The original Turbo Inlet restricts heavily the intake air supplied to the turbocharger. The WagnerTuning Turbo Inlet was designed with the help of CFD flow simulations for the best possible airflow.
The inner diameter has been increased from Ø48,5mm to Ø51mm. It´s a cross-sectional enlargement of almost 10%. This results in a higher maximum performance output and improved response behavior. This component is ideally suited for hybrid turbochargers.

The guide offers a simple solution to improving the transmission and transfer box’s cooling ability, which helps to ensure rising temperatures don’t cause any damage.

How it works
When the oil inside the gearbox and transfer box gets hot, its ability to lubricate and protect both the gears and LSD is reduced. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of hard use, such as on the track, so it is beneficial to stabilize and reduce temperatures in order to limit premature wear.

The AIRTEC Motorsport cooling guide works by directing fast-flowing air passing underneath the car towards the gearbox and transfer box casings. By providing a sustained flow of fresh air towards these items, their ability to withstand heat soak is increased, which therefore allows them to better control operating temperatures in comparison to standard.

Available in a high-quality and durable powder-coated red finish, the guide fits the original undertray and comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed instructions.

HEL had to find the best mounting position using the OEM mounting points. Their talented engineering team designed the custom bracket, which is manufactured from high-quality aluminium. HEL does everything in-house meaning the care and attention at each stage results in a perfect fit, every time that gives a factory look.

HEL has also taken aftermarket intake kits into consideration. The bracket and catch can assembly doesn't protrude any further than the surrounding vacuum lines so it shouldn't interfere with large intake ducts (like the ones found in the Eventuri Carbon Intake)

Whether your engine is standard or modified, you'll feel the difference. By preventing a build-up of oil and sludge, cleaner inlet air results in lower hydrocarbon emissions. There is also less chance of losing power because of a lowered fuel octane rating.

The Airtec Motorsport Rear Differential Cooling Duct offers a simple solution to improving the differential’s cooling ability, which helps to ensure rising temperatures don’t cause any damage.

When the oil inside the differential gets hot, its ability to lubricate and protect both the gears and LSD is reduced. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of hard use, such as on track, so it is beneficial to stabilise and reduce temperatures in order to limit premature wear.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a simple yet effective solution to improving the amount of fresh air directed towards our AIRTEC Motorsport induction kit (or any other aftermarket induction kit/intake that requires the original intake to be removed).

As part of our expanding Toyota platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our carbon fibre air feed for the Yaris GR suitable for track or fast road use.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a simple yet effective solution to improving the amount of fresh air directed towards our AIRTEC Motorsport induction kit (or any other aftermarket induction kit/intake that requires the original intake to be removed).

Made in real dry carbon fibre with a gloss finish and AIRTEC aluminium plaque, the air feed also introduces a quality look and feel to the engine bay.

The air feed is a direct replacement that requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit and comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed instructions.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive solution to improving flow whilst maintaining low intake temperatures, which improves performance, response, sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.

Having previously designed a shielded induction kit for the Yaris GR model, we were keen to develop a more extensive intake package to offer further improvements.

Using our experience from developing and producing our WRC-inspired Closed Air Induction System (CAIS) for the Focus RS that is proven to dramatically increase power and torque, we embarked on developing an entire replacement air box carefully moulded to our design in a lightweight carbon fibre material to help thermal efficiency.

Sealed inside is a large Group-A style cotton air filter that draws fresh air solely from the front intake, ensuring minimal heat soak issues and the lowest possible intake temperatures.

Our design also features a replacement MAF housing and rear intake pipe, both 80mm in diameter and finished in black powder-coated finish. The kit comes complete with high quality Pro Hoses silicone connectors, as well as all fixtures and fittings required for a simple installation.

The kit is a direct replacement that comes complete pre-built and ready to install. It requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit and comes with detailed fitting instructions.
