Serious FK8 Track Prep/Upgrades!
This FK8 joined us this week to have some serious track upgrades and maintenance carried out in the name of track preparation!
Upgrades include an Xtreme Clutch that will put the power down, an FL5 OEM water-pump, the full Dream hard-lagged product range including our de-cat downpipe and a fresh pair of VTC pulleys with timing chain.
With jobs like this, it is often more efficient to drop the entire engine out of a car, especially when we're carrying out work where we need access to every part of the engine - thanks to years of experience, dropping the engine is a breeze. It also allows us to inspect every inch of the engine, especially important on vehicles used as hard as this FK8.

FL5 Brakes + Powerflex Insert!
It was time for a fresh set of brake pads in this FL5 Type R this week - the owner opted to stick with genuine Honda pads front and rear but also picked up a Powerflex torque mount insert while he was with us!
The Powerflex torque mount insert is a no brainer - it is incredibly affordable, coming in at only £25.64, and simple to install while offering sharper throttle response, more accurate gear changes, reduced wheel-hop and much more balanced on/off throttle handling. This small but effective upgrade will enhance your driving experience a lot more than you expect

K20-Turbo swapped Lotus Exige!
We couldn't send out this weeks newsletter without sharing this turbo-charged K20 swapped Lotus Exige... as you can tell from the pictures below, it is quite the monster.
The car was in with us for remapping with Romain (Racecal) and boasts quite an extensive spec sheet - highlights include Syvecs standalone ECU, Quaife pneumatic sequential gearbox, a single Tillett carbon bucket seat and a set of Nitron coilovers.
