Gemini R400 Full Titanium is the newest in the line up of high performance cat-back exhaust systems by Invidia. Works with OEM/factory rear bumper and features the all-new single slant cut titanium tips with engraved Invidia logo.

The triple tip Invidia Gemini R400 exhaust system features a single layer style tip exhaust for a robust and aggressive look. The R400 features independent muffler resonators for each tip to reduce weight and provide a deeper exhaust tone. 

In order to create a true 3" cat-back, Invidia decided to include the down-pipe/mid-pipe/front-pipe with this system. Meaning this system connects all the way up to the primary down-pipe making this a true 3" exhaust system!

Optional de-cat & race cat also available.

Overwhelming Low Exhaust Pressure - 50％ of Original Pressure φ75 large diameter pipe and full straight structure reduce the exhaust pressure to 50% of the stock.

This significant exhaust pressure reduction enables the turbine to run smoothly from low RPM range, which results in the engine output increase in an entire speed range.

Also, this pressure reduction effect is enhanced as the tuning level becomes more advanced; the engine output can be increased to 540ps without engine power-loss.

Scorpion's R&D technicians developed a high flowing T304 63.5mm Stainless Steel cat-back exhaust system which has much greater flow rates in comparison with the  o.e exhaust. 

For even greater power enhancement the R&D team also developed a high flowing 70mm turbo down pipe which is fully interchangeable with the Scorpion and o.e system. Both 200 cell sports catalyst and an extremely high flowing de-cat version of the down pipe are available.

A premium muffler with the titanium tail tip

Maintaining its full straight structure (the signature of J’s Racing exhausts), this is a premium semi-titanium exhaust with stainless body and titanium tail.

The main pipe and the silencer are made of C304 stainless. Manufactured by a use of three-dimensional bender, the exhaust pipe has beautiful curves which produce super smooth air flow with the optimal exhaust speed.  The popular dolphin tail boasts 114 mm diameter for a very impressive view.

Milltek’s technicians have completed their redesign of the OEM exhaust system, doing away with the various pipe sizes and "pinch points" to create a much smoother and better flowing design. Milltek's development vehicle has been thoroughly tested on the road, race track and dyno to ensure it meets the brand ethos - performance without compromise. 

The system comes in three different configurations to suit a wide range of intended uses: EC-Approved (a requirement for sale in some countries around the World), Road+ and Race. 

There are five different Tip options available, Polished, Cerakote Black, Carbon, Titanium and Burnt Titanium. 

As with all Milltek systems, quality is the watchword throughout. Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel is used for the entire system (including clamps), with hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction. The result is an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a longevity and soundtrack that is anything but

Although it is CIVIC TYPE R (FK 8) which exhibits the maximum output 320 ps and the maximum torque 400 Nm even in normal, it aims to improve the output in the whole area without impairing the high-torque, high-response engine performance in the low to middle revolution range which is also its characteristic , I have repeated a number of exhaust tests.

The main pipe uses SUS 304 material 70, and the tail adopts the 70 finisher for 145 shell type dual silencer which can be said as a symbol of SPOON N1 muffler. By eliminating any throttling of each flange connecting part and making it a straight structure, it has improved exhaust efficiency to the limit, and realized fine N1 sound.

SPOON has been promoting the development of ECU in parallel with the development of exhaust, but in order to further increase the output and torque with the ECU tune such as boost up, it is essential to change from the front pipe, the front pipe of pipe diameter 7 0 As a set.

DESCRIPTION

Boost Logic’s Civic Type R exhaust system for the FK8 has an amazing sound and enhances the 4 cylinder K20C1 turbo engine like nothing else on the market. The exhaust system is designed to fit with a stock front pipe or an aftermarket 3” front pipe for high power applications. Fabricated entirely from titanium, the system is extremely lightweight at just 7.6kgs and high flowing with a full 3” flow throughout the system through to triple 4" tailpipes.

Dual free flowing mufflers come standard in the non-valved system and the valved system features Boost Logic’s custom system to keep a quiet tone during idle and cruising - the valve then opens via boost pressure at around 7psi.

This system is lightweight with an amazing sound and extremely neighbour friendly with the valved option.

The Dream Automotive Replacement CAT pipe for the Civic FK8 is made from lightweight T304 stainless steel for a longer life and to give the owner a higher flow rate with reduced back pressure to release the engine full capabilities. 

The de-cat pipe incorporates a tangential bend turbo outlet ensuring a perfect transition through its 3.5" bend tapered down to 3" exhaust outlet. Hand made to the highest UK Motorport standards, TIG welded, using water cut machined flanges we can promise an OEM fitment.

Heat management

We can offer two types of heat management,

Zircotec ceramic coating offering 30% heat reduction, It is in effect “welded” to the substrate using our proprietary metal bond system; eliminating the need for exhaust wrap; protecting components against corrosion; and continuing to perform and look good. zircotec coating can withstand temps of up to 900°C

Downpipe with HJS 200-Cell High Flow Cat

Pipe Ø: 3.00" (76.20mm)

Your original catalytic converter will typically have 400 or 600 cells per square inch (cpsi), these original cats are restrictive in their flow, typically allowing an open area of around 55-65%.

A Milltek Sport Hi-flow Sports Cat which will be fully integrated into a large bore downpipe, has only 100-200 cpsi depending on application. These cats have an open area of between 75-85%, thus reducing back pressure substantially and increasing flow rates, all very desirable for extracting more performance, especially on turbocharged engines. Emission levels are maintained at legal limits by careful selection of the volume of the metallic substrate. Lambda probe positions remain unchanged from the original equipment.
