Please read this document carefully. By using our services or purchasing our goods you agree and bound by Dream Automotive Terms and Conditions set below. Dream Automotive has the right to modify this at any time without further notice of such changes. These will take immediate effect upon posting on to our website. All prices are subject to change without notice.  


Full payment will be requested for special orders and will be strictly non-refundable. These items will come with a lead-time and subject to change depending on the complexity and availability of stock from other sources if applicableDeposits will be requested on out of stock items (25% of the value) remainder will be paid once in stock. Out of stock items may not be refundable unless agreed in writing by Dream Automotive 

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

In Switzerland, Klarna offers its services together with its subsidiary Billpay. If you share personal data with Klarna and Billpay you need to explain this in your privacy notice and link to Klarna’s and Billpay’s local privacy notices there. Below is an example of what that could look like in your existing privacy notice (the specific data categories transferred to be added, and text to be translated into your local language):

Billpay’s/Klarna’s payment options: In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options and to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna and Billpay. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s (de, fr, it or en versions) and Billpay’s (de, fr, it or en versions) privacy notices.


Dream Automotive takes pride with regard to the quality and standard of the manufacturing of the goods supplied. However, Dream Automotive will not be held responsible under no circumstance for breakage or missing parts during or caused by a Third Party Fit and/or Buyer. Dream Automotive will not be liable for any loss of profit, recovery costs, travel expenses or contracts or other consequential loss or damage caused by the same. 

All products are supplied and guaranteed by the manufacturer in accordance with manufacturers specifications.  Any item which is proved and admitted by the manufacturer to be defective during the relevant warranty period due to structural defect will be replaced free of charge. In an event of a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing to sales@dream-automotive.com detailing the fault and vehicle details. You must return the goods to us for inspection by the manufacturer upon request. The manufacturer report will be final and Dream Automotive shall have no further liability to you.  

Dream Automotive will have no liability to the Buyer in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, deliberate damage, negligence influence of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. 

Damage / Loss in Transit:  

Partial loss or damage in transit must be reported in writing to Dream Automotive within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any damaged goods and packing must be brought to the attention of the delivering representative at the time of receipt and signed and stated accordingly that the item has not been received in good condition. Please check content before signing if possible. Any damaged goods and packaging must be retained by the purchaser for inspection. Claims are the responsibility of Dream Automotive providing that the above conditions are met.  Non-compliance will place the responsibility of the Buyer. 

In case of return of goods from the Buyer to Dream Automotive full insurance cover and appropriate packaging is the responsibility of the Buyer. Non-arrival of goods in transit must be advised in writing to both carriers and Dream Automotive within 14 days from the date of advice of dispatch. Dream Automotive will not be held responsible for any errors in shipping due to data entry error on the customer’s part.  

Refunds and Returned Goods: 

Items purchased by postal order that prove unsuitable may be refunded, credited or exchanged to Dream Automotive within 14 days of receipt subject to the following conditions: 

  1. Items are returned carriage paid by the consumer, unused, complete and in their original condition 
  2. Special order items may not be eligible for a refund unless stated and agreed by Dream Automotive prior purchase in writing 
  3. We cannot be held responsible if returned goods by the consumer have been undelivered. Please retain appropriate postage Proof for use in the event of any claim including photos 
  4. ALL Sale or discounted items are non-refundable  
  5. Subject to 20% handling fee 
  6. Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund 

              In an event of the wrong items being delivered will be refunded within 7 working days providing that they are returned as new in the original packaging. Please contact us at sales@dream-automotive.com or 01582 564477 along with your order number

              Faulty / defected goods must be reported within 48 hours from the date of receipt to Dream Automotive. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturer's warranty or exchange of the same value or greater. 

              All returned goods should be agreed and sent out to:

              In an event of potential Fraudulency transactions or high value orders, Dream Automotive holds the right to request proof of identification. Orders will not be dispatched until verified. If non-compliant, We hold the right to keep the purchase in question without refund for approximately 12-20 weeks until receiving bank / payment chain clearance.   



              You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund unless a dispatch notice has been created. All orders are subject to a minimum 5% handling fee to cover transaction costs in the event of order cancellation. Non-stock holding special order items are subject to a 10% handling fee. If items have been dispatched prior to your cancellation notice, please revert to the RETURNED GOODS instructions found above.
