The RS-550 utilizes a 713c Inconel 54/47mm turbine wheel, anodized billet Aluminium 54/67mm compressor wheel, and a dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA. Using precision CNC machining processes, Rampage has been able to incorporate all this new hardware into an OEM set of housings for maximum reliability and parts availability.

Rampage has tested this turbo to 480-500whp on the stock engine & clutch, with Hondata FlashPro and fuel system upgrade while maintaining less than 85% duty on the high-pressure fuel pump. Some tuners have generated over 540 WHP with the RS550.

For optimal tunability, Rampage recommends pairing this turbocharger with their new 3.5″ MAF housing upgrade for PRL HVI intakes, which will be available simultaneously with the RS-550.
