The water temperature cooling system of the FK8 does not match the performance of the genuine product with respect to the amount of heat generated.
Turbo produces a large amount of heat due to the high output of the turbine.

With regard to this FK8, not only thermostats and sports coolant, but also thetotal cooling performance needs to be improved. Improving the heat exchange performance of the radiator is a major pointinimproving cooling performance.
As a result of a comparison test on the Suzuka Circuit International Racing Course using our demo car, the cooling effect of maximum -15°C and average -10°C was demonstrated during 5 laps including IN/OUT laps.
By stabilizing the water temperature it is possible to obtain various benefits such as power down and prevention of fuel consumption deterioration by correcting the high water temperature of the ECU.

Flex round processing adopted
"Flex round processing" made by integrated moulding press is performed with this product. As a result, moulding can be performed without changing the plate thickness of the bent or folded parts, increasing strength and reducing weight. Efficiently flowing the internal cooling water improves the heat dissipation effect and prevents the water temperature from rising when running at full throttle.
